Welcome to the New School of Wealth webpage and blog
Tuesday, March 25th, 2008“Live the retirement that you dream of,” has always been my motto. Welcome to the New School of Wealth webpage and blog. You know folks, it’s a crime that people don’t know that there are new strategies and more effective techniques; a “new school of wealth” in financial planning. This is where I will teach you some of these great opportunities for making your retirement a dream.
Typically, there are three mistakes that I find most people make. First, they don’t realize that they can leverage the power of the equity in their home; you only need to look at today’s housing market to understand that this equity is liquid and can go away. How much equity have you lost so far in this current real estate cycle? Secondly, they misuse their IRA’s. Are you taking the tax deduction now? If so, you’re essentially taking the deduction on the seed, when you should be taking it on the harvest! And the third mistake. . . if you have listened to my radio program you won’t be surprised that I have no love lost on closed thinking financial advisors. Are you getting the exact same advice that was given fifty years ago? The world has changed, and there are now new strategies and opportunities for making money that can completely change the outcome of how you will spend your retirement years. The wealthy think differently. My desire is to introduce you to these same principles that can change the way you think about financial planning.
The established financial institutions, as you would expect, don’t embrace this new school of thinking. Their focus is on selling you their product and earning a commission. I expect that we will hear from many of them, as they want to challenge these principals. My goal with this forum and my radio show is to educate you so that you can make the right decisions.
Check back here often. Hit the subscribe button so it’s easy to receive my blog and podcast. Most of all, tell your friends that you have discovered this new school of wealth.
